Tonight we have been chopping firewood. Lots of wood! Some of the wood will be transported to Södertälje to be loaded on the cargo ship Tunia (it was built in 1902). The wood will then be transported along The Göta Channel by Tunia and we will fill up our stocks of wood at a meeting place with Tunia during our trip around Sweden.
We changed oil, water, and sew together the insulation material for the filter container. General preparations have been made for the next day when we shall make a long test trip to Dalarna (300 km). The generator has got a filling with coal around the ring and the filter has been inspected.
Anders Holm has donated a nice wooden box to our project. In the box we can keep the motor saw, coal, tools and spare parts. Thank you, Anders!
